IPA, porter, saison, lager… do you know what we mean? In this beer basics course you will learn how to taste and evaluate beers by sampling a variety of beer styles produced by local Swiss breweries. Katie Pietsch will give you an overview of ingredients and the brewing process. By the end of the course you will also know how the ingredients influence the appearance and taste. All of this knowledge will enhance your future beer drinking experiences while exploring the wonderful world of craft beer.
